1. Recommendations for processing of Mature coconut water:
• Use of cooled containers for collection and transportation
• Containers should be food grade plastics or stainless steel
• Pasteurization conditions: 60 0C for 20 minutes
• Store at 4-9 0C for 24 hours without shaking to remove the suspended materials

2. Recommended a novel coconut sap (Meera) collection device to preserve the quality of unfermented coconut sap.
